preserving frogs/toads?

I have an eastern hog and with winter approching, I have yet to get her to convert to pinkies. So what is the best way to preserve frogs for winter feedings. Frozen in ice or can I just vaccume seal them in bags. Is there anyone who deals with feeder toads or frogs?
