ive got a female veiled who is immense with eggs. she has had 4 clutches before with no problem this time i mated her with a different male and she ha gotten huge, you can actually see lumps from the eggs between her ribs and on her stomach. ive had her in her egg laying cage for about 5 days now she dug a couple shallow holes but nothing big. today i dug a hole for her bcause last time she laid a clutch she was having trouble so i dug half the hole for her. she climbed right back up to the top of the cage once i put her down next to it. is there anything i can do to help her are the eggs stuck in her or something?

). If she has laid 4 times you know her behaviour and if something seems "off" it very well may be. Do you have a good herp vet? Dystocia is a serious problem and would need assistance from a vet. Here is an article - hope this helps and that everything turns out OK.
