Help! Eggs ok?

I have had a clutch of alligator snapper eggs for around 3 months now and I hadn't checked on them for a while but today when I checked to my horror they seemed collapsed. They are pretty loose and they are leathry and a little dry. Is this ok? Thanks for your help in advance.

What are you incubating them on? They should hatch at 100 -150 days.
