Do Veiled chams like grasshoppers?

I bought a baby sunburst veiled at a reptile show earlier this summer. She is about 4" long SVL. I have been feeding her crickets, and mealworms as snacks. I am wondering if it is okay to feed them grasshoppers for some variety.

Oh yes, they love grasshoppers. Just be careful where you get them from. If from outside, make sure they're from an area that isn't sprayed with pesticides. Even though the insect is alive, it can carry the toxins and harm your cham. Also be sure they're not too big for him to eat.
