My dad works at a Sylican Carboide plant. Well they have alot of this stuff out in the back and it gets hot like so hot that It is on the bottom of the space shuttles. Anyhow my dad said he saw this big tortoise laying eggs in it early spring. I think it was a box turtle. However today a bunch of hatchling snappers hatched out of the same spot and the Eagles were going nuts eating them . My dad saved as many as he could and brought me home one. I so hope that they dident eat the box turtles as they hatched it would be so sad . Im supprised that they could even lay in that stuff. Anyways Just my turtle story of the day
