baby sulcata not eating

iamkellogg Sep 11, 2004 02:19 AM

Hi. I just got a new baby sulcata and she is not eating. She was shipped overnight and got here this afternoon. I soaked her and offered her a variety of food. She shows no interest and walks to the corner of her enclosure and just sits there all tucked in her shell. Is this common or should I be worried. She has a five day health guarantee should I contact the seller or try to wait it out?

I would not worry yet. He/she still needs to adjust to its surroundings. Give it a few days and it should start eating. I made a post a couple days ago since it had been 5 days since i got it but he is now eating fine. Just be patient and if it doesnt eat by the 4th day contact the seller.

Thank you for the advice. Hopefully she will start eating soon.
