I would cut out the mealworms completely and just offer mixed greens. If it's a young dragon then feed crickets instead. (or roaches, silkworms or butterworms) Mealworms are not very good to feed dragons as more than just an occaisonal treat. Baby dragons don't eat as much greens than they do once they get older.
For young dragons I just finelly chopped the greens and put them in a bowl with high enough sides that the crickets can't jump out easily and sprinkled them ontop of the greens and let the dragon dig for them. This almost assures some greens are eaten with the crickets. Once the dragon gets old enough to take larger crickets (half inch ) I pinch or just remove the large hind legs so the crickets can't jump out of the dish.
If you have an adult dragon then cut out insects completely except for 2-3 times a week. Offer fresh salad (including at least two of the following: collard greens, dandelion greens, mustard greens, endive or escarole. Mixed in for variety you can add other dark leafy greens, vegies, some fruit occaisonally etc.). Instead of mealworms, use superworms, adult crickets, silkworms, butterworms or roaches.
