I just set up a 40 gallon tall viv (30in long, 12 wide and 24in tall) and was wondering if 2 55 watt 6500k Power compacts from ahsupply would be a good light source. I currently have 2 48in regular flouros but I think i may need more light. Will this be too much? The reason i want more light is because i want to be able to plant things at the bottom of the viv that will be slightly shaddowed by the broms at the top. sorry for the long post.
