Beginner Sexing

Okay, I will probably be getting my first corn, or for that matter snake very, very soon. I will probably get it from my local Petco, and they don't already know the gender, and I doubt they will prob or pop it if I ask. What is the easiest AND most accurate way to sex a baby corn, and how do I do it?
