Walmart used to carry it. At least in my neck of the woods but no longer does. You should be able to find it at any Nursery or maybe even at Lowes or HomeDepot.

You can get small bags at Home Depot or The Do It Center and OSH has small bags and large (2 cubic feet) bags.
