Alan
Hopefully this one will grow into one of those monster black rats!! If not, no big deal, he is super tame and doesnt get excited, except at feeding time.
The rats here in KY all are pretty close in coloration, with some variables. Some nicer than others, depending on what you like, and are a pretty hardy snake. Dwight has some nice ones for sure.
The MO black rats are doing pretty good. Male is in shed now and as soon as he sheds Ill post some pics.
>>Hi Brian, He's looking good. I have one that is one year older than yours, and 3 feedings ago he measured 76". I measured him by holding him about 8" to 12" at a time next to a yardstick and adding it up. I could pretty much get that much length to relax into a straight position, without stretching or popping the spine. He looks similar to Dwights breeders.
>> How are those MO blacks doing?
