Hey Russ, I started your "rodent gutloading procedure" a couple weeks ago, and it went over great with my arg red. Thanks! (For those who missed it, see link below.)

She got to the point where she would NOT eat fruit, whether it was mouse-scented, egg-glossed, or mixed in SDZ. She methodically ate around even the smallest bits.

She readily accepts fruit-stuffed mice, or Jamba Mice as we call 'em. The process is a bit gruesome, but worth the effort if it gets the fruit in her and helps with the occasional shedding issue.

Just gotta warn people to stay out of the kitchen -- "What are you DOING?!?"

Thats great . I still give Santiego his The same Way. I also got him to eat a Whole Kiwii!I took 4 eggs Mix In some water And let it soak in the eggs compoletly coverd with the eggs and put in the fridg for 3 days . Then I took it out and put the 2 halfs of shell around The kiwii.He just picked It up and Swalload it. I also heted it up for 15 seconds in the microwave befor i gave it to him .Also my Blue female that I have had for a mounth grew 1" and is already shedding for the second time this month. Lol Russ

Great kiwi idea! (I can only imagine how the fridge smelled during those 3 days.) Congrats on your growing baby blue. I expect to see pics of her as big as Santiego in a few months.
