can i use a reptarium for an outside cage? iin can get rain? and some wing?

Yes, they can make good portable cages such as for a short term trip outdoors to bask. I would not use it for a permanent outdoor cage. It will be fairly easy for a predator to claw or chew through the mesh to get at the cham. It's always a good idea to provide a part that is shaded and protected from wind in case the cham wants more shelter from heat or chills.

we dont have any predators. i am from puerto rico. and the cats cant get in my backjard

I use a repatarium as an outdoor enclosure because I can easily put Boris into it upstairs (where his indoor cage is) and transport it out doors (with him safely inside) he stays outdoors in it all afternoon on saturdays and sundays and thursdays (my days off and my wife on thurs). I have had no problems with it at all. I assume that since the frame is plastic pipe that extreeme heat cols and or water will cause it to break down over time. I think the best bet for an outdoor permanent enclosure is to use the good ole 2x2/ plastic coated hardware cloth do it yourself cage.
