Diet Question for Sulcatas

Currently i feed my Sulcatas Kale Lettuce (Romaine) Mustard Greens Dandilion leaves carrots when they'll eat it timothy or other hays time to time banana strawberrys etc... But everything i read on-line in books etc etc all condridict each other so i figured i'd ask here with people that own or have owned them. Any and ALL advice would be great thank you
