I was just wondering is red spinach okay for 2 1/2 year old dragons to eat. I can't seem to find any info on it and was wondering if anyone would know

I wouldn't go with any spinach if I were you. To make it simple, anything with the name spinach in it isn't good for a beardy and it can cause calcium binding and other problems. Just stick with the greens and the safe veggies. A good list of food safe to eat for bearded dragons is on this site, all you have to do is scroll down to where it says nutritional content.
