As some of you may have read in other threads, our first MDG meeting was a pretty big success. So to keep the ball rolling, we have the next set of meetings organized. Mike P., aka scorpion1971, has offered to host a MDG meeting at his house in Indianapolis, IN, on Saturday, September 25, at 2PM. We also have another Chicago-area meeting that will be on Sunday, October 10, at 1PM at Pete Mertens house in St. Charles, IL. Anyone is welcome to come. It will be just like the last meeting. Food, beer, and everything having to do with dart frogs. Doesn't get much better than that. All experience levels welcome. This will be a great chance for all you beginners to learn from some of the more seasoned froggers, and maybe even pick up some of their frogs. And hell, maybe the beginners can teach some of the veterans some new tricks. Email me (khoff@bradley.edu) if you are interested in attending either, or both, of these events. I highly encourage everyone attend if possible, I promise you will not be disappointed. Like last time, about a week before the meeting, I will start an email chain for everyone to post the frogs or frog stuff they will have to trade, sell, or just show off. In this chain, I will send out the full addresses of where the meetings will be held. So be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me. I’m looking forward to seeing some new faces. Talk to you guys (and gals) later.
