hi guys... one of my babies got watery eyes... i duno what seems to be the prob... i have increase the soaking time and temperture... it looks weak n not eating... i m very worried.. any help is much appreciated

Most people don't want to hear this but you've done the basics and if that doesn't help a vet visit is in order.
Keep the temperatures up (80 to 100 F range) and provide daily soakings.
See if you can get a good fecal for a vet to examine and that should provide all the answers you need.
Again, this is that time of year when the temperatures swing to extremes and that is when I seem to see most of this kind of problem pop up.
