First I'd like to thank all of the kind people you IMED me and posted on the forum to help with my gecko. I appreciate all the help and suggestions.
I called a vet and he did not seem to concerned, i picked up mr/ms gecko last night, fipped her over and shown a halogen light on her belly. those dark areas are red like organs, and the vet said that when geckos get too skinny they do that. He also said that as long as the poop isn't discolored she was probably starved at the petstore (there was an adult gecko in the mix with the two babies).
I did take alot of people's suggestions along with the Doc's. I put a over the tank lamp and she does seem more active, i think the cage was a bit cool for her liking. She also ate 2 big meal worms so the appitite is increasing. I saw her drink last night as well. I will also go to the store and get some wax worms. There are other suggestions the vet made and I will do that as well
Anyways I think if the vet really wanted to he could of demanded to see him/her today and atleast made a quick $50, he didn't so I am not as concerned. I'll watch what she eats (someone thinks it's a she, i don't know.)
I've had a cat with hepidic lipadosis, this i think would be somewhat similar with the gecko but i am sure it is fine.
