I had recently pick up an albino burmese to breed with my male. The people i had bought it from said they got it from someone else. So i paid the money and brought her home. After heavily feeding her and taken care of her, i got a call tonight that the people i had bought it from did not own it.They guy said he was out of town for awhile and they were just keeping it. So insteed of creating alot of head ache i told the guy he could have it back. The snake cost me 135 but that is not the point. Soory this may sound messed up but i am very upset right now. I am going to miss that albino, she is a sweetie.

That's a little messed up. I'd be looking at visiting the people who sold the snake to you at small claims court. You should be able to get back what you paid for the snake, as well as what you paid to feed it and house it.

If I were in that situation... I'd be asking for some PROOF that the snake really belonged to the guy.

If they sold it to you then it's yours and the supposed original owner has a beef with them! I would not have given it back. Sorry that this happened to you man. God! Some people!

Agreed Brian, what was going through those peoples heads. Crack addicts no doubt.

I am going to get my money back or the guy is not going to get the snake. The snake had a bad shed when i got her, i had to take care of that.She was under weight, so i pumped her full of food. She shed again today and had shed around the 27 of April.So she shed twice in about 3-4 weeks. She is suppose to be 7 years old. And 7 1/2 ft long.So she is stunted. The guy knows where i live and my fiancees daughter is pregnant. I don't need the hassle and they do not need the problem.

You wanted to BREED a 7 1/2 ft, 7 yr old Burm? That's not exactly breeder material.

I'm sure he wasn't going to breed her now, probably when she is bigger.

No> That is what the guy was trying to tell me. It is not 7 yrs old. It is 2.I was going to wait to breed her. The guy that was telling me it was his, was lying. He does not have anything to do with it. He was shooting me a line of bull. I spoke with the real owner. His son was keeping it and was not suppose to sell it. He is going to buy her back from me. I have learned not to deal with people i do not know.
