Baby Beardies! =)

Turtlegirl Sep 14, 2004 02:13 PM

Hey everyone!

Well my bearded dragon eggs started hatching this weekend, and they have all hatched except for 1.
Yay! This is my second clutch, and it is sooo exciting!

Here are some pictures of the little cuties:

I was wondering what you all use to mark your baby dragons with? Can White out be used?

Thanks!

>>I wouldn't use white out, Lauren. Most people use regular sharpie markers. You can pick up a set at hobby lobby that have like 20 different colors and are nontoxic.

Thanks for your help! I'll run out later and get some sharpies.

Hey Lauren!

Congrats on the baby dragons.. they look great!

We use non-toxic paint markers which work OKAY but can be a pain. Have never tried sharpies i didn't know they make non-toxic ones... if so that's good advice they would be much easier to use.

If you get them let me know how they work for you.

Thanks,

Hey Brandon,
They do make non-toxic ones. That's what I use. Just make sure you get ones that are not extra fine point. It takes too long to make your marks seen. The mediums work wonderfully.

Very cool... thanks cricket. That sure sounds a lot easier then shaking up paint markers and waiting for the paint to come out. I'll be checking that out today probably.

Thanks!
