Well its pretty simple. My female loves water. You would think she was a bloody anaconda - spends more then half her time in there. Never had a snake as water happy as her.
Anyway, i thought id add some heating to her water dish. The water was always cold the touch and she would be colder to the touch after a few hours also so i figured what the hell.
I took some pictures of the heating cable - not that its anything unusual.
This is obviously the heat tape i put in where the water dish goes.

This is the water dish in and the temperature controler to make sure the damn water doesnt boil. You can actually see her heading for the dish - i kinda rudely lifted her out of the dish to do the modification.

End result. I also slightly tilted the water dish to make one side deeper then the other.
