well as it stands right now we here in western NC are prepairing for more big flood waters . As of this evening the news is calling for 6-8" here at the base of the mountains &8-14" aboves which means we will be looking at anywhere from 16-28" of water here in our area as the laws of gravity win everytime. I just had to rip out all thecarpets in my place from the last 2" of water in it from last weeks floods and now this one is looking to be twice as bad as the first one due to the soaked grounds here and the lake is already at a high level from runoff up stream.I am expecting a load of sand between wed-fri to start filling sand bags for this upcomming event to try and do what i can to hold of mother natures urine stream . i will be gearing up my enclosed trialer for my snakes thistime and moving them to higher ground at my brothers place as i can run my generator on them to provide heat incase of power outages. so they will be safe and sound again. and to the gulf coasters may god be with all in the path of this upcomming monster.
