UTH question

shadow4108 Sep 14, 2004 10:42 PM

I'm having trouble keeping the UTH attached to the bottom of my tank. I have tried most tapes and nothing holds. Any ideas. I dont mind if it is a permanant fix. Thanks in advance.

Leave it off as you don't need an undertank heater for bearded dragons. You just need a light above sufficient to have the basking temp between 95-115F with ambient temps around 75-80F. Night time temps can drop as low as 65F without causing any problems for your dragon.

I dont know if it matters or not, but I keep my house very cold at night. And I'm afraid it would get too cold.
