Can anyone tell my owner what kind of BTS i am?

I know this is a BTS but what kind. He/She is 15 inches long and i have no idea honestly if it is a male or female or even how old it could be. What are their favorite to eat besides dog food. I have only had success with kiwi fruit and crickets. I offer romaine lettuce, carrots, squash and zucchini all shredded and given at seperate times. I usually offer two things mixed up every day. Every where i research what they like to eat it's usually plants or such i don't have any idea what they are or where to get them. And one last stupid question for someone who has one or seen one like this, is their throat supposed to look like that, swollen almost. Is mine fat or should i worry. It reminds me of a human having gout.
