I remember talking to this lady in Daytona who had baby Nics for sale and they had a label on them that said Rainshadow Dwarf Nics... Did anyone purchase one? Or remember who was selling them????

I looked at them and knew they were crosses, not true nics, and even more, not true dwarfs..
So I finally bought what I remember to be the last 3 on Sunday.
I get home and call Tim Magee all excited to talk about these and he has no clue what i'm talking about!

He said he never produced any Nics.

Whoever this was, was clearly lying.

Anyone else know who this was?

I'd love to know...

PS - they are pretty.. seem like maybe the were crossed with a pastel or something cause they got lovey color..

from Daytona.. but in all the excitement I just forgot. Today when I seen the post of "Rainshadow I think I have one of your Hypos" it made me think of it so I emailed him to ask about it.

Also... I was expecting to meet you in Daytona this year.. I seen some of your animals for sale on a table.. but no Joe?? Did you get stuck because of H. Charlie??

Oh, no, I was there, just moving around picking up animals.. lol. there wasn't much room behind Ben's table so I was out and about with my girlfriend.. sorry I missed you!

But it is most certainly a VERY pretty animal. I'm not even very sure it is a nic cross, it doesn't look it at all. The story I got from her was that one of the parents was an animal purchased from Tim (or somebody calling themselves Rainshadow) a few years back and the other parent was a hypo nic. Your guess is as good as any as to what they really are, other than gorgeous. I was also told that it was only 2 months old, which I find hard to believe because it is huge compared to the other animals we purchased that are about the same age. I know her name and will be happy to tell you in an email but I don't want to violate any TOS by posting it here.
I'm at work now but will post a picture when I get home tonight so you all can decide for yourself.

I thought you had purchased one too.. I dont really need the name. I was just emailing back and forth with Tim and he asked me if I knew her name. I told him I would check because I could not remember.

So how are things holding up there in Sarasota??? Between Charlie... Ivan and now Jeanne we have been having some year on the coast!!

For RESALE The lady was trying to tell me they were nics and it went in one ear and out the other i dont even think they're crosses the color on them is amazing and the one has an amazing tail here are some pics of them
