I'd say $60-100 for males in that age group.

thanx, do these chams change colour like the panthers or veilds?

and i read that thye don't need basking lights, is this true?

They don't really change color. I have the blue phase, which just means that they are green with a blue tint to them. At times the blue is more visable then others. You should use a basking light to allow the chameleon the option to warm or cool itself. Unless of course they are outside, then just be sure they aren't in full sun all day.

Does the basking lamp have to be full 100 watt

and how long do they average get from snout to vent?

thanx0rs

No, you well need to find the right wattage for the cage depending on how close the nearest "perch" is. For example, I use 60 watt clear bulbs in my cages and get basking temps from 80 to 90 degrees. Snout to vent length I think is around 5-6 inches.
