1. Right now please people do not get mad at me because i do not do things similar to you...I know a lot of other experoeced burm keepers and i take their advise as well as yours....Todd i seen you here for a long damn time here and i Know you know your stuff. I also know many other experieced people who know what tjhere doing to....Every herper has their own right and wrong way of doing things and i chose my own path to raise a healthy snake...and when i come to many different people like yourselves looking for ADVISE AND TIPS on what to do not answers it is for your opinion it does not mean i am going to follow it i just want to see what other people try use and thing with their burms....

IU am sorry if i might seem rude but i have great respect for everyone in here and I will try many things in my years of python ownership.....

If i may i have 1 more question....should i just not have night time drop and just keep my 92 and 82 temps 24/7 and the only thing i shut off at night shuld be the light?? please give me advise on this... Thank you so much sorry if i am a pain....

I just read the first sentence, and replied. You sound like your talking about a THERMOMETER, device to tell temp. We mean THERMOSTAT, device you plug the heat tape into, and you can control the temp of the output of the heat tape, i dont know if they all do it, but the one im getting for my Rock python will shut it all down if a problem occurrs, ill finish reading your post now.

Mike,

Do you want your snake to survive, or thrive?

With your set up he will most likly survive.as long as your heat pad doesn't burn him and your house down!

I'm still not sure why you got the burm before you knew all this, but you did. I fear you will be trying to find him a home in a year or so.HOPE I'm wrong about that.
