New at breeding mice and rats.....please help

Ok well i want to start a small colony of mice and rats i am only going to be feeding 1 blood python but i have so much feeder food the only thing i will need to buy is bedding and it will be worth the breeding.....how do i go about brreding mice and rats what do i do...please help me..thanks

Seeing how i just answered this and there are others posts below, do a search on the forums for breeding rats/mice or feeders, also search the interenet for the same, everyone has their own method but the ratio is 1.3-4 good luck.

if you only have one snake, I would suggest finding out first if there are others you can sell your excess to, either alive or dead. I have a few people I used to sell my excess mice too, till I got rid of all the mice and breed rats instead. For excess rat babies I sell them off to a petstore supply store. They provide rats etc to petstore and for research projects at schools and things.
