Digital cameras?

What models do you'll use and are you happy with them? I am in the market for a new or used one for primarily taking close-up pictures of snakes indoors.

Currently, I have a Panosonic I-Palm. It is just not very good for anything except outdoor panoramic stills.

Thanks. Ive been nothing but happy with this camera. It took a few weeks to get a feel for it but once you do you can take some pretty cool pics. Also you can get attachments for it (unlike alot of digi cameras)like a light ring for the macro shots and a zoom lens etc...
