LEO LAID EGGS LAST NIGHT

Renee524 Sep 16, 2004 10:20 AM

MY LEO GIRL LAID EGGS LAST NIGHT. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BREEDING, AND I'D REALLY APPRECIATE ANY TIPS ANYONE MAY HAVE. WE BUILT AN INCUBATOR USING A STYRAFOAM COOLER AND A TANK HEATER. WE'RE KEEPING THE EGGS AROUND 85 DEGREES.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Sounds like you're doing great! Make sure you keep steady temprature and humidity. I think humidity is supossed to be around 60 to 70. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)If the eggs start to dent it probably means there isn't enough humidity. Hope every thing works out ok. Keep us updated. Oh yea..make sure you keep the mom well fed.
