Head hiding among the coils

Macroclemys Sep 16, 2004 10:45 AM

I was wondering if anyone else who has condas has ever observed their conda or condas hide their head in their coils during shed process? Mine started her shed process on the 12th and has been coiled up with her head placed down in the middle of her coils. I have a yellow. This is her 2nd shed, since I have had her, but she did not display this on her 1st. I gladly accept any knowledge thrown my way. Macroclemys a.k.a. Physignathus, CrownedOne, Steven
