Can you help me identify this cobra species?

Is this a black necked spitting cobra (Naja nigricollis nigricollis) or a black spitting cobra (Naja naja sputatrix) ?

Is it for sure a spitter? If so, it looks like a nigricollis.

Can you get a picture of the side of the head (so I can see the scales) and also of a larger part of the belly? That should do it.

Looks to be a venomoid

Why not a Naja sumatrana ?
It is normally black, spitter, rather small and not very beautiful...
