Best filter to use on a 15 gallon tank?

can anyone recommend a filter to use on a turtle tank?

I'm using a duetto for the first time. and it is in a 15 gal.
My water level is about 3 inches, maybe a little more.
( these are yearlings ).
I have to change the water about once every 10 days.
It is super clear, and does'nt stink. Which is always a plus.
