Well we had another great litter today to end our 2004 season. We bred a Male Sipperly Surinam to a female Surinam that is a fairly short-term captive and got a nice litter of 23 babies and 1 slugg! She birthed for us on her 111th day post P.O.S.
She came in around 18 months ago and was cleaned up prior to her first captive cooling cycle. She did well through the cycling so we figured we would give her a shot when the temps came up. She did great for us and really surprised us with the size of her litter. She is a smaller female right around 5 1/2ft. It was pretty exciting to have a WC female breed on her first cycling, let alone our first attempt with her!
The babies are great looking and should color up nice. Below are pics of the adults and litter.

Now we need to gear up and start planning for next season!
Thanks for looking and take care!
