HATCHING:D

came home from school 2day and checked in the incubator to see a little head poking out of its egg:D:D I've got a 15g tank set up with newspaper as a substrate and a 2 bricks to bask on, but how long should i wait to put him in the enclosure? and i will post pics after theyve all hatched:D

So COOL isn't it seeing them hatch, very EGGCITING !

Leave them in there until, you see them walking around pretty well, if on hatches like this afternoon, maybe by later tonight he could be moved.

Thats what I do anyway, when they atart to still and seem to have their footing so to speak, they go into a tank.

Be prepared though, it usually takes a long time for them to hatch, sometimes you will see the head, and it wont be completely out till hours later, even the next day.

They have to work very hard to come into this world.

Just as reminder, do NOT help them, they come when they are ready! I wish you all the best with your little ones!

Ive checked on him abour an hour after and hes allready across the container and walking around pretty good, but i think ill wait a little longer to put him in the tank. Thanks for the congrats:D
