Does anyone think they can identify this mummy?

jfirneno Sep 18, 2004 05:46 PM

He's from Central New England and what's left of him is about 3/4" in length.
Thanks
John

I have no idea.
Whats the story behind it?

A friend of mine found it on his doorstep (possibly a present from the cat) and thought it looked odd. He called it the Frogodile because of the pointy snout. Just looking for ideas.

IMO its a Pig Frog, the Tympanic Membrane is larger then its eye so probaibly a male, also the black stripe on its side looks very similar to a Pig frogs and very similar color.
