Have any pics of a racer eating another snake?? I have never witnessed a racer eating another snake, although I've heard and read that they will eat them.

A while back someone posted a picture of a Black racer eating a coral snake it had captured on his doorstep. I may have it on disk. if so I will send it to you.

Ok...I don't. I think it might have been posted on the venomous forum so you might try there.

No. But, your question and ringneck pics remind me of a pic I saw once of a ringneck eating a gopher snake! NO KIDDING!

I've heard alot about that, but I have yet to ever see a pic of it. I wouldn't think it'd be impossible, as regal ringneck snakes can definitely take down a small gopher snake.

I offered a small garter. He hid from it.

I can almost picture that, but it's hard though, considering my little 7 inch regal will tackle a 10 garter with no fear whatsoever, just looking to get a big meal. You still have your regal in the little 1(?) gallon tank? I can't remember what size tank you had it in.

It's a two gallon. larger than that and he doesn't find the lizards.
