To solve this problem you got to get down to the root of it. How old is you gecko? How long have you had it? Has it been in concact with any others? Are its poops runny? How it the temp in your gecko's tank, how many hiding places and what substrate are you using? Try to get a fecal sample tested by a vet (this might be hard since it's not eating) or take the gecko into see the vet. If you can't get him to eat you might have to force feed him although this can be really stressful on them. Get some beef baby food and mix it with something containing electrolites. Pedialite (sp) in the baby section of a grocery store works or reptile specific products like jumpstart and electrodize. You can mix in some calcium and vit. powder too. You would either have to put a little on his mouth to get him to lick it or use a small syringe. But definately talk to your vet. Make sure you use paper towel as a substrate since his tail dropped and since he's a baby. Keep the tail clean. The muscles contract and the tail closes up almost instantly so he shouldn't lose any blood or anything. Good luck I hope he gets better and I hope this helps!
