My second baby Anole that just hatched monday died today. I thought from the beginning that it was ill. I don't know if this can happen but I think it was premature! It wasn't supossed to hatch until the last week in Sept. She was so much smaller than my other that was born a week before. And she was so pale. I saw her eating yesterday but this morning she didn't move much and then when my Husband and I got back from fishing she was died on the bottom of the cage. Could she have been premature? I've got another egg and I'm sure another is on its way. Some of the eggs she lays are duds. They don't look right. They never harden and they're not shaped right. Plus she'll lay the dud eggs anywhere. On a leaf or anything but her good eggs she always buries or lays in one of her plants. I hope I don't have anymore to pass away. K
