Does anybody know a chameleon (tree)frog?

i just found a so called chameleon frog (see the link: http://www.animals.com/Sapphire/itemdesc.asp?CartId=107542-EVEREST-13BDQPT52&Ic=R548&cc=&tpc=)

i was wondering if anybody here knows the scientific name, and has some more information about ist.
