sick leo?

Is it possible for a leo to get sick from another if they have never came in contact? Thay are housed side by side in seperate tanks and we always wash before feeding or doing anything inside the tanks, I.E. water,food etc. My one female had parasites and now it seem my other female is sick. Her feces is runny and where it is usually white it is a mucousy color. Kind of a clear/cloudy look, any ideas?

I think it is deffinatly possible, If the new gecko had an 'air bourne' virus, or sickness, The sickness can travel through the air.
