I have heard of some that have claws that are very "clear" and I have heard of a few "Albino" dragons....
but I have never heard of one that was "Transperent" as that would be (I think) a very nearly fatal genetic mutation of the skin. the normal skin of any animal does a lot to keep it alive.
if it was truely "see thru" then for example the animal with such a condition would be very much in danger of UV rays killing it, and normal dragons need some UV to be processed in the skin to make vitamin D to bind calcium.
of course I could be totaly wrong about that...

Yes, there are transparent BD's. They are more commonly known as "translucent" tho.
