pastel baby ??

I have a new leo and I'm not quite sure what morph he is,I thought he was just a normal but on closer inspection I saw he is oddly colored.He is a very light pastel yellow/white with tannish brown bands and brown spots.His tail is normal white and grey bands,his eyes are grey.does he sound like a pastel or just a poorly colored normal??
