Since there is no such thing as a dusty hog anymore, it appears your snake is a Plains Hognosed Snake.

Actually, since Mexican Hogs have been split off as H. kennerlyi, you could argue that your snake is simply a Western Hog (there is only one taxon of W. Hog anymore).
