I have been looking around for a Black Tail Cribo and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I want to get a pair or hatchlings and would prefer a local breeder in the western maryland area but anywhere is really fine. If anyone could point me in the right direction to find one such person it would be greatly appreciated.

Not to sure how for you want to go - but I got my hatchling from Terry Wilkins of Captive Born Reptiles in Columbus, Ohio. He has an outdated web site http://capbornreptiles.brinkster.net/ but that will give you his phone number and other general information. He knows his [bleep] when it comes to blacktails, and I do know he ships around the world. He is a very hard man to get ahold of, but just keep tryin. His wife's name is Jan and she may be able to help you. Hope this helps.

Well....kinda

I ended up having to take him back to Terry and he has had him every since (for about three weeks now). I talked to him a few days after he got him back and he said that he had eaten a few times. I spoke with him again last week and he said he would still like to keep him for another couple weeks due to the fact that he wasnt eating "like he should be". Which is fine with me, the way I see it is that Terry knows what he is doing and that little guy is better off with him until he gets him eating good. Soooo - I am looking at hopefully getting him back this coming weekend - that is if I can get ahold of Terry lol. I will keep you updated.
