ick.. that doesn't look good at all. Is that what the vet found? What is he/she saying?

Looks more like a cricket limb to me. There are usually A LOT of them of all different shapes and sizes in flotations. Did you actually see any strongyloide eggs? You ought to be finding more of those than larvae. What are your leo's symptoms?
