For those who keeps snakes in bark substrate...

Bushmaster Sep 20, 2004 06:48 AM

Hi guys, I was thinking about to chage the newspaper for four paws nature bark. I would like to know how do you clean it. As Im from Brazil, its expensive to just throw it away in garbage.
Any suggestions?

Spot clean it by just taking out the "soiled on" substrate and make sure you remove any uneaten food promptly as well as shed skin. You will only need to change the bedding completely every month or two as long as your tank isn't overcrowded. Good luck.
