How long do I hibrinate for?

coffee33 Sep 20, 2004 04:25 PM

I have 3 collards. I want to hibrinate them so I can get them to mate next year. All three are wild caught. My room stays in the upper 60's so I might put them in a cooler outside.
Whatcha all think?

from what I've read and been told you need to cool them at 50 degrees F for about 3 months. Also to simmulate natural behavior bring the male out of hibernation about two weeks before the femalessince they are wild caughts.
