What a lonbg trip took 27hrs to get there LOL. My truck broke down when it was totally loaded so I had to get a rental and transfer the entire load LOL anyway. I gotta say that was the high point of the show for me seeing Kevin from ectothermics and his annulated tree boas. Truely awesome animals I wish I would have had a camera. Totaly tame, compared to the ATB's they seem to have a longer snout which I thought was neat. I dropped by his table first thing sunday morning and they were still glowing which was awesme to see really bright vibrant colors. Those are definitly next on my want list, seeing photots of them is nice but after seeing them in person I realize their in a whole differant ball park from any of the other tree boas. Did anyone get any pics of those?
Next was Paul Mitchells (PM Herps) Patternless hogg islands. I have known Paul for years, lost touch with him once I moved west asdie from seeing him at shows once or twice a year so I wasnt aware he had them. I know the lines him and Gary Lorio work with are truely outstanding and cant wait to see where this project leads. Did anyone happen to get any pics of those?
Russ Lockenwitz(RL Reptiles) had a couple really nice leopard boas, that I got to stare at from across the walkway all day.
I wish I would have taken a camera but in the mess of broken down vehichles and everything else I didnt even think to take one. I think those were the highlights of the show for me. Beyond that the usual, motleys, albinos, ghosts, dbl hets etc pibalds ball pythons, albinos, pastels same old thing. Anyway If anyone got any pics of either of those I would love to see them.
