What ever happened to the "Turquoise" Phase panther?

DRep Sep 21, 2004 05:25 PM

Does anyone know what happened/ if anyone is still trying to breed this morph? It says on Herpafauna's site they are working with them, and I remember Rock-N-Reptiles (what happened to them?) said they were working with a group. I thought there might have been others with it too. If you hadn't seen/don't remember them, it was similar to an ambanja, but had more of a blue/turquoise body, with green bars. Thanks for any info.

As far as I know, Rock-N-Reptiles and Paul LaFaver both used to work with them but are not actively breeding chams anymore and are working on other projects. I don't know what happened to the specimens that were imported however. Here is a pic of one in the wild.
